Police responded to a report of a car versus bicyclist in the area of 21 First Street in Webster around just after 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, Webster Police said.
Upon arrival, officer found the teenager "obvious injuries to his head" lying on the ground. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died. Police did not say if he was wearing a helmet.
The victim's identity has not been released due to his age. The incident remains under investigation.
